INITIAL ONBOARDING
We begin with a collaborative conversation to understand your vision and lifestyle. This goes beyond aesthetics; we explore how you use your space and your aspirations for the future. Whether you have a clear idea or need guidance, we'll work together to craft a vision that reflects your personality and goals.
We know putting your trust in a designer is a big decision. By getting to know you, we ensure every decision throughout the project is made with you in mind.
Design Development
Next, we dive into the design of your home, pairing our expertise with our curated network of artisans and vendors. We establish a clear design direction, develop detailed floor plans and building documents, and create 3D renderings.
This process includes hand-selecting your furniture, finishes, and decor. We also design custom furniture pieces that feel both distinctive and perfectly suited to your unique space.
All of this is presented to you, and together we collaborate on fine-tuning the design until it’s just the way you want it.
Project Management & Ordering
With the design finalized and deposits made, it's time for our team to work their magic behind the scenes. We coordinate with our network of artisans, vendors, and workrooms to bring your furniture, finishes, and decor to life. As your new pieces arrive, our trusted receivers oversee inspecting, receiving, and storing everything, preparing us for a smooth installation.
For renovations and new builds, we partner with your contractor and conduct regular site visits to ensure every detail aligns with the design you signed off on.
Installation & Styling
This is where your dream becomes a reality. While you're out, we handle all aspects of installation and styling — from furniture placement, art hanging, and window treatment installation to meticulously curated accessories — creating a truly turnkey experience. You’ll return home to a fully transformed space, ready for you to enjoy.
